What is Samaki.com?

How do I get my listings on Samaki.com?

When you post a listing in the Five Boroughs or Long Island, you will see Samaki as a syndication option. Simply select it during the listing process, just as you would for any other syndication site. To syndicate older listings to Samaki, go back and click “Edit” on the section marked “Listing Information,” then select Samaki as a syndication. As always, please allow 24-48 hours for your listing to syndicate.

Do I get my own leads from Samaki?

Yes! Any leads from potential clients go directly to the listing agent. You will display on your own listings with your name, email, and phone number. Plus, all listings will have a link to all of your other listings on Samaki.com, plus a link to view your company listings on Samaki.com. On top of that, Samaki.com also displays a link back to your complete listing on NY State MLS.

Do I need to create an account?

You do not need to create an account to use Samaki. Your listings are displayed automatically.

I don't work in New York City or Long Island; can I use Samaki?

Samaki currently only covers listings in New York City and Long Island. We’ll keep you updated as more territories are added.

I have another site I'd like you to add to your syndications. How do I tell you?

We love hearing from you! We’d love to work with your favorite consumer real estate sites. You can let us know which options you’d like here. Be sure to drop them a line as well to let them know you’d like them to take a feed from NY State MLS!
