Christmas & Associates, Inc. was established in 1989 by Dan Christmas and is a New York State based corporation which specializes in the acquisition and sale of land, forestry, land use planning and brokerage services throughout the Adirondacks, Tug Hill, and Southern Tier of New York. Our staff consists of five licensed sales agents, two acquisition specialists, and several foresters and administrative professionals. As an avid outdoorsman, Dan has hunted, fished and trapped in NY since the age of 12 and has developed a sincere appreciation and respect for the area.
