Prior to becoming a Realtor, I played professional basketball for 5 years in the NBA, CBA, ABA, UBA, The Harlem Globetrotters, parts of Mexico and South America. As a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I have received special training on demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today's luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property. The training provided new insight about the upper tier market, helped me polish my skills, and provided valuable networking contacts with other agents across the country who specialize in luxury properties.

Broker Priced Opinion Resource (BPO-R)
A Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is an estimate of the probable selling price of a property. The BPO has become an important source of information for the real estate industry and, increasingly, for government programs designed to aid the economy and help homeowners avoid foreclosure. With this designation, I have enhanced my skills in creating BPOs, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation techniques in the housing market.
