Caroline Cho brings over 15 years of experience to the Modern Spaces team, specializing in new development real estate marketing. She started her career with The Sunshine Group, working on the iconic One Central Park at the (then new) Time Warner Center and 110 Central Park South, then went on to hold various roles overseeing multiple projects at both Corcoran Sunshine and The Corcoran Group.
Pivoting her career to the agency side, Caroline was an Account Director at the global creative agency Conway and Partners, where she grew her focus on new development marketing. From residential to commercial and local to global properties — with numerous high-profile clients including Rudin Management Company, Great Gulf, Skanska, George Comfort & Sons, and CBRE — she managed budgets of over half a million dollars in short six to eight month timelines. Her greatest strength is bridging the communications gap between agencies and developers, which has made working on over 50+ new development projects seamless.
Her role as Senior Project Manager at Modern Spaces positions her at the center of developers, contractors, creative agencies, vendors and public relations firms leading calls and translating needs into executable tasks. Caroline oversees the entire process, ensuring smoothly efficient progress from the pre-development phase to completion. Collaborative in her approach, she communicates with the Modern Spaces sales and leasing teams to maximize traffic to all projects, while managing the overall marketing budgets and deliverables with ease.
Caroline’s knowledge of industry real estate market trends fuels her versatile shifts in marketing strategies as needed. Developers appreciate her passion for creativity and diligence for relevancy in the current digital landscape.
