Since entering real estate five years ago, Tay has achieved a 100% referral rate. Every single client she worked with has referred her business because they were so impressed with her work ethic, strong negotiating skills, and genuine, straightforward approach.
Tay does not do transactional business; rather, she always focuses on long-term relationships and looking out for the needs of her clients. She specializes in sales and rentals in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with experience in townhouses, new development, landlord representation, residential portfolio management, as well as listings and buyers. Among her accomplishments was as the #1 performer at the prewar gut-renovated Willard building on the Upper West Side with Stellar Management, moving all newly-renovated units, some off of floorplans alone.
A NYC residence since 2005, Tay has enjoyed this vibrant city’s offerings across the diverse boroughs and neighborhoods. Her seasoned knowledge makes her an insightful guide. Now in Park Slope, Tay has also called Williamsburg, and several areas of Manhattan home. Prior to moving to NYC lived in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and South Korea where she was born.
Her studies in graphic design, fashion merchandising and interior design, and successful career in high-end retail/wholesale/fashion give Tay a unique edge and keen eye that are invaluable when helping real estate clients bring their vision of home to life.
She speaks Korean and English fluently, loves architecture, films, fitness, nature, and is the proud mom of an adorable Wire Fox Terrier boy.
