Prior to his real estate career, Paul worked in Architecture, Urban Design, and City Planning in Boston and New York, and spent several years working as a consultant for The World Bank in Washington, DC. A long-time New Yorker, Paul holds three Masters Degrees in Architecture, City Planning, and History from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and Johns Hopkins University, as well as an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.
A true, multi-faceted New Yorker, Paul recently earned an additional degree in music studying for seven years in the evenings first at Juilliard and finishing at Berklee College of Music. He has also been involved in theater production as an investor in 14 Broadway shows and has successfully completed 110 full (26.2mile/42.19km) marathons in the past few years with an ongoing goal to complete marathons in 50 States/100 Countries/and 7 Continents.
