Andres (Andrew) Andrade is a native of Tampa, FL and has lived in Boston, New York City and Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is the third generation in his family in the real estate business, in addition to working for thirty years in the classical music field. The tenacity and focus developed during his musical training have made him a successful real estate investor with an eye toward community development and renovation of historic properties. Integrity and customer service are at the core of all of his business pursuits, including the fulfillment of clients? real estate needs.He holds certificates in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Management from the New York Real Estate Institute (NYREI), a diploma in Private Investigation from Penn Foster (Scranton), a Master?s Degree from the New England Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Arts from University of South Florida.

Andres has facilitated real estate transactions in New York and Pennsylvania and managed properties in Pennsylvania and Manhattan.In addition to twenty years as a freelance classical singer, he is a published author and has pursued various successful business endeavors including a music teaching studio, two non-profit organizations and an extracurricular program that brings classical music training to youth. This latter experience has led him to repeated teaching engagements at Carnegie Hall?s Weill Music Institute. He has taught in New York City public schools and at the City University of New York (Queens College).
