As the third generation of a New York family, Gian-Murray understands deeply the needs of clients both new to the city as well as those with history here. Born and raised on the Upper West Side, he attended St. Bernard?s and then Trinity School forming the basis of the New York community that he is connected to and which fulfills him to today. After graduating from Wesleyan University in CT, he returned to the city to live and play in various neighborhoods and now resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn where he lives with his wife and two sons. His passion and knowledge of the city and real estate help him to expertly serve his clients with any of their needs.

Gian-Murray has also had a long time love affair with acting and the theatre and has performed all over the country and the world, including many times here at home. The New York Times has referred to his work on the stage as ?performance at the highest level?. As a seasoned actor, he has worked to serve the next generation of artists and has taught acting both in his studio in midtown as well as at institutions of higher education such as NYU, The New School, Bennington College, and many more. If you prefer being entertained in your own home you may have caught him on TV on Law and Order, The Affair, Limitless, All My Children, and others.

Simply put, the reason that Gian-Murray loves being a real estate agent is the relationships that are formed along the way. He values people and their needs on a fundamental level and brings that appreciation and perspective every step of the way, from the first handshake to the final stroke of the pen. He looks back fondly on the bonds he has formed with the clients that he has worked with and looks forward to the new ones that will be made.
