Growing up as a musician brought out all my creativity, expressiveness, and empathy when it comes to building personal relationships. It taught me early on that each individual is equally unique and important. I am fortunate enough to have had two famous architects in my family while growing up in China, my father and my grandfather. That helped develop my enormous passion for real estate. I started investing in real estate in 2014 to gain passive income; the more I learned about it, the more motivated I was to pursue it as a full time career.
