About Renatta Paz-Quiroz
Born in Ecuador, Renatta came to New York with her family when she was a young child. Growing up in the metropolitan area, Renatta experienced many of the same challenges other young foreigners face ? adapting to a new environment, language barriers, social acceptance, and the list goes on. However, Renatta never let those challenges become a roadblock for her goals or ambition. In fact, those challenges taught her lessons that she has used throughout her career ? as a field producer on the TV phenomenon, ?The Apprentice,? as a casting director for several primetime commercials and the hit show, ?The Voice,? or even as a manager for a real estate development office.
Using those dynamic experiences, along with her extensive background and skillset achieved through a career in film, advertising, marketing and real estate development, she is able to provide her clients a unique spectrum of customer service as a real estate professional today. After deciding to follow her dream to be in real estate, Renatta left the media and now dedicates her time and focus to her real estate clients. Her clients benefit from the value she provides them through her diligence, passion for the business, understanding and her intimate knowledge of the NYC market.
Renatta is also the founder of the ?Renatto Foundation? after her son, Renatto, was diagnosed with RRP (Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis). The organization aims to build awareness of this uncommon and incurable illness to other affected and non-affected families. When she is not meeting with clients or searching for the next best property, Renatta is either traveling, snowboarding or simply drinking tea.
