William Schmidt is a third generation Real Estate agent with a trained eye for potential deals in Real Estate. He bought his first Manhattan co-op at the age of 18 and has developed a talent for identifying emerging markets with the highest return on investment ever since. William works with a multitude of customers that include, individuals, developers and investors and is an expert at locating different properties for each individual client's needs.

Originally from Madison, WI, William has been involved in several innovative startups, including bringing the water-propelled flying jet board, the "Flyboard", to America in 2012.
