About Eric Cruz

"Although most agents can help a person find a home, I pride myself on making sure that I am detailed in every aspect of the process. This assures that my client doesn't ever have to settle on either the price of their home, or the options I can provide them." Eric Cruz is constantly involved in the real estate market actively helping renters, buyers and sellers achieve their goals. He is also insatiable in learning more about the market daily to better service his clients' needs.

Eric believes in providing a true full-service and highly educational real estate experience. Rather than just only educating customers about the transaction, which is the simple aspect of real estate, he says, he wants to teach people about the city's neighborhoods and what they have to offer, so they can feel they've made an informed decision on their next home. "One of the best ways to learn the real estate market in NYC is to hit the pavement and see for yourself what the city has to offer. Searching the internet for a home, no matter how descriptive an ad can be, won't give you a true feel of a neighborhood," he says. "Experiencing new areas, cultures and cuisines is what New York is all about. I always encourage clients to consider looking in places they might not have considered before, as the face of this city is always changing. You never know; you could very well fall in love!"

Whether assisting buyers or sellers, Eric is always ready with enthusiasm and a solid plan. Clients appreciate that he is not only motivated, but well organized and diligent in meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. "I try to do the best job I can not only for personal gain, but for my client's ultimate satisfaction. This business is built on trust, relationships and performance, and I strive to meet all three for every client I work with."

Eric's past experiences as an Account Manager for the New York Blood Center who intermingled with community leaders, politicians and others, and in the hospitality industry working at 5-star properties, prepared him well for dealing with a clientele that expects the utmost in service and professionalism. A native of NYC, he currently lives in Inwood in Northern Manhattan. Eric holds a degree in Corporate Communications and Journalism from the Jesuit Institution of Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, is an avid foodie and loves to travel.
