Born and bred in New York, Talha understands the complexities when it comes to NYC Real Estate. He joined Modern Spaces in late 2021 looking to challenge himself in the volatile market.
Prior to real estate, Talha attended Stony Brook University where he was a Research Assistant at the institution’s School of Medicine. Talha is also the founder of a local tutoring company: All Star Prep. His entrepreneurial persona and attention to detail makes him an asset in any negotiation.
