My name is Jocelyn Ucedo, originally from New York City, I began my professional career in sales, licensing and franchising, working for top fashion labels in New York Citys garment center.

I embarked on my exciting journey in real estate back in 2001. Over the years, Ive had the pleasure of working in some of the most beautiful resort and second home markets in Spain and the Dominican Republic. In 2018, I made a significant move to the island of Puerto Rico, where Ive continued to thrive in my career.

In this relatively short time, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to grow a team of amazing professionals. My educational background is in Marketing. I am a member of the Mid Island Association of REALTORS®, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS)- and hold the e-PRO® certification, which allows agents to effectively use real estate technology to grow their business and make it more efficient when listing properties.
