Claire Dee joined the Richmond Office at National Land Realty as a Land Professional in October 2022. Prior to that, Claire worked in commercial real estate for 12 years at CBRE and BNPP. She has a degree in Land Management & Development as well as RICS qualifications in the UK. Claire is an active member of Nova Aquatics, The People Tree and Story Connector. Claire’s experience with changes of use, planning, and historical restrictions sets her apart from your typical Land Professional. In her free time, Claire enjoys swimming, kayaking, SUP, yoga, storytelling, hiking, and gardening. She and her husband, Adrian live in Glen Allen, Virginia, with their two children, Jasper and Mara, their two cats, Scooby and Twilight, and their dog, Artemis.
