A beautiful home place to build or a cabin for retreat or a dependable place to hunt. This is 'Bear Den Corner' simply because of the number of black bear in the neighborhood. 47 Acres of tall pine and hardwoods trees, berries and plums. The canopy allows one to walk the forest floor. It is a dome/hill with tiers and saddles, beautiful rock with moss and lichens. Two or three draws, rocks for wildlife shelter and ample food for white tail deer and turkey. 1/4 mile of road frontage and a back side that faces east giving one a 270 degree view standing in the right spot. Tombstone Creek is just on the neighbors side but the wildlife depend on it bringing lots of visitors to drink. Across the road is a power pole and on the back side is a power line going up the hill. There is an easement on to the property. There is a sign where one can drive up on to the piece.
