Built by Christmas & Associates' camp crew, this camp is ready to move in and finish off to your liking. This 16 x 20' "Classic Style" features framed-in, unfinished walls inside with a sleeping loft. The off-grid camp runs power from a generator and already has an installed septic system, well and propane hot water system. The surrounding woodlands are a beautiful mix of pines and maples with a ridge at the back of the property. The property is only five minutes away from the Salmon River Reservoir for boating and fishing (largemouth and smallmouth bass, brown, brook and rainbow trout). The nearby Salmon River is widely known for its fantastic chinook (king) salmon runs each fall, as well as steelhead fishing and brown trout fisheries. Enjoy plenty of deer and other wildlife sightings - this property lies within the Northern Tier hunting zone. Direct snowmobile and ATV trail access and close to the Osceola Tug Hill Cross Country Ski Center for winter fun.
